Meet Emma Kate
My name is Emma Kate and now that I am settling into my foster home I would love to tell you about myself! I am 4 years old and people tell me that I am "just gorgeous!!". I get along good with the other dogs that are here, a 7 year old female weim and a 9 year old male weim. I like them but I could also be an only dog with no problems! I like my crate and don't have any problems going in there. I will cry for just a few minutes but after that I settle right in and patiently wait for someone to come home. My foster home has 2 small children, a 4 year old and an 18 month old. I get along with them just fine. They often drop food on the ground and I love that!!
I know most of my commands and am working on the invisible fence here (stay away from those pink flags!!) and am learning that when I ring the bell at the back door my foster parents know to let me outside.
One last think you should know about me....I have a very strong prey drive!! I can't help it...I am a hunting dog!! I cannot be in a home with cats or other small animals.
